Supporting a stroke survivor
These physiotherapist led information sessions are for all exercise professionals and will cover:
- Learn about stroke and how it affects people
- How stroke impacts exercise
- How you can help a stroke survivor
- Overcoming barriers to exercise
Sessions will take place from 10am until 3pm:
- Workington Leisure Centre on Thursday 5th October
- Carlisle - Botcherby Community Centre on Thursday 12th October
